Welcome to the home page for CRV 2012, the Ninth Conference on Computer and Robot Vision, formerly known as Vision Interface (VI). CRV 2012 will be held 27-30 May 2012 in Toronto, Ontario.


News

March 15, 2012: The CRV review results are available here. For the accepted papers, please note that the camera-ready version is due on March 22nd. The author kit is available here.

Feb 2, 2012: The paper submission deadline has been extended to February 12, 2012, 23:59 PST.

Jan 10, 2012: The submission site is now open.


Note: the maximum poster size is 42" by 42".


In 2004, the 17th Vision Interface conference was renamed the 1st Canadian Conference on Computer and Robot Vision, CRV 2012 is held jointly with the Graphics Interface 2012 (GI), and the Artificial Intelligence 2012 (AI) conferences. A single registration will permit attendees to attend any talk in the four conferences (CRV, GI, AI), which will be scheduled in parallel tracks.


The conference is held on the main York University campus. Campus maps can be found here. Registration is in the Technology and Enhanced Learning (TEL) building, which is number 39 on the map at the link.


Tutorial/Workshop Day

The CRV Tutorial/Workshop Day is a one day event on Sunday May 27, 2012 preceding the main conference. We will have two half-day tutorials/workshops running (one after the other):
  1. Point Cloud Library (PCL) Tutorial, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
  2. Robot Operating System (ROS) Workshop, 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
The tutorial/workshops will be held in TEL0014 on the main York University campus. Campus maps can be found here. The room is in the Technology and Enhanced Learning (TEL) building, which is number 39 on the map at the link.
